Smoking can cause the alteration of the elasticity of your blood vessel.Blood vessel can be narrowed and thus,less blood will be supplied to your leg.
Due to this, the tissues will die from day to day...

I urge everybody to stop smoking.I know it is not easy to stop especially for those who have been smoking for many years with large quantities of cigarettes .But i`m sure,if you are keen to do it,you can do it.It all depends on the individual.

Value your life,don`t kill yourself...
